African Stew

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced pickled ginger
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 2 cups Rachel's Raquette Lake Elixir
  • 1 cup tap water
  • 15 1/2 oz. white beans
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • cilantro or parsely
African Stew
Directions:
  1. Sauté chopped onion, garlic and ginger with curry powder
  2. Add Rachel's Raquette Lake Elixir, water, white beans and diced chicken
  3. Simmer until bubbly
  4. Stir in peanut butter
  5. Garnish with parsley or cilantro
