Crockpot Mushroom Tomato Goulash

1 lb ground beef

1 large yellow onion, diced

8 oz sliced mushrooms

2 tbsp minced garlic

1 bottle Rachel's Raquette Lake Elixir- Original version


1Place all ingredients in a crockpot and stir well. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over cooked egg noodles and garnish with grated parmesan cheese.

Another great recipe. I’m a big fan of the crock pot. It couldn’t be any easier. You put all the ingredients in and come back in six to eight hours. Yum! The only problem now is I have to go out and buy another bottle of elixir. Have to keep a bottle on hand for the next recipe.
