Elixir Antipasto Salad

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup Rachel's Raquette Lake Elixir
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp ground pepper
Elixir Antipasto Salad
Directions:
  1. Mix well & toss with: baby kale, tomatoes, cured olives, croutons, salami, cubed cheddar cheese, mozzarella balls, shaved celery, pickles & capers for the ultimate Bloody Mary salad!
